Mosaic is one of our most beloved hop varieties at Earth! Just like our mate Gav the Gecko, Mosaic hops have the ability to morph & adapt to the environment, while delivering everything from deep tropical & dark berry characteristics to light citrus & even sweet, pineapple vibes. It doesn't get much better... We love Mosaic!
