Spring Seasonal Release: Avocado Kolsch 4.6%

Spring has sprung and the Avocados are around, ripe and a'plenty in the Northern Rivers. In homage to the abundant Avocado orchards which surround our brewery, we've created a classic German inspired Kölsch with a subtropical twist.

Complemented with organic Australian pilsner malt and 100's of hand-picked, organically grown Avocados straight from our backyard. 

Kölsch has a cooler fermentation creating a crisp, lager-styled brew. The addition of Avo's, rich and buttery from the volcanic red-soil in which they're grown, brings an added texture, for a creamy mouthfeel to finish. Dangerously Drinkable. Prost!
