Amarillo is a staple hop in our brewery, loved for its ability to provide a versatile backbone of citrus, grapefruit, peach & herbal notes to many of our favourite beers. This smashable hoppy Pale Ale is designed to highlight all of the tasty reasons we love Amarillo! 🍊🍋🍑🌿

With Spanish origins meaning 'yellow', Amarillo is bright, easy on the palette & pairs well with those golden summer sunset arvo's. So whether you've just come back in from a wave like Callum the Croc here, or are catching up with mates after a long work week, it's bound to go down a treat!

Our highly anticipated Bonfire Choc Bourbon Stout is the fourth of our Seasonal Release, and is the perfect Winter Ale to enjoy during the cold, dark winter months.

A smooth, creamy and well balanced stout with rich chocolate characteristics thanks to a hefty dose of Byron Bay Chocolate Company Cacao Nibs and subtle hints of bourbon and vanilla. Perfect for warming your feet around the campfire on a cold, crisp evening as you gaze up into the nights sky in search for shooting stars.
